Brick Brags: Show the world your best with the Brick in Architecture Awards

The Brick Industry Association (BIA) is now accepting entries for the 2021 Brick in Architecture Awards, the nation's premiere architectural awards program featuring clay brick.

This is your chance to show the world your firm’s best work in brick! Entrants can submit their projects in any of the following categories:

  • Commercial

  • Education - K-12

  • Education - Colleges & Universities (Higher Education)

  • Residential – Single Family

  • Residential – Multi-Family

  • Paving & Landscape Projects

  • Historic Renovation

  • International

If you are part of the design team for a brick project you’re proud of, you’re eligible to enter the Brick in Architecture Awards. Brick manufacturers and distributors may also enter projects on behalf of the architect. Any work of architecture completed since January 1, 2016, in which new clay brick products comprise over fifty percent (50%) of the predominant exterior building or paving material are eligible.

Best-in-Class, Gold, Sliver, and Bronze awards will be granted in each category, and judges will be looking for innovative, unusual, and aesthetically appealing designs using clay brick as the project’s primary building material.
